CrossFit Training is a fitness program that combines
Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, calisthenics, gymnastics, sprints, and a
ton of other exercises integrated into one program. In crossfit sessions though
the workouts are short they are highly intense, and continuously developing,
unlike normal workout sessions that are long, monotonous, and quite boring.

The most
probable reason for the rising popularity of crossfit is because once a person
starts the program then they integrate it into their lifestyle. Crossfit
workouts do not involve the typical fitness equipments you will find in a gym, every
member workout with anything they are challenged to work with like; lifting
tires, climbing ropes, jumping etc.
Crossfit is
more of a sport exercise which makes it fun to perform. The moment you become a
member, you become a part of a team. Although most of the time the workouts can
prove to be challenging, team mates encourage and inspire each other to perform
better and be their best.

exercise is because crossfit makes you belong to a part of a group. Your team
mates understands you as they have probably gone through the same problems
relating to their weights as you have, and when someone has experienced the
same things as you there is definitely chances of strong bond-formation.
