Crossfit needs a lot of discipline in life apart from its exercise routine and strength training. One has to eat right when they are training in crossfit. The right kind of food at the right time helps to boost the metabolism of the body and aids in proper training and exercise.



If you are new to crossfit, then you will take a month or two to adjust to the healthy diet of the caveman. Not to complicate matters, it is very important to add vegetables and fruits to your diet.
